O Lord God, to whom vengeance belongeth; O God, to whom vengeance belongeth, shew thyself.

Jehovah, Andriamanitra Mpamaly ny natao, ô, Andriamanitra, Mpamaly ny natao, ô, mamirapirata.

Ry Iaveh, Andriamanitry ny famaliana, ry Andriamanitry ny famaliana, misehoa!

Dieu des vengeances, Yahvé, Dieu des vengeances, parais!

Sal 94:2

Lift up thyself, thou judge of the earth: render a reward to the proud.

Misandrata, ry Mpitsara ny tany, ô; Mamalia ny mpiavonavona.

Mitsangàna, ry mpitsara ny tany, valio, araka ny asany, ny mpiavonavona.

Lève-toi, juge de la terre, retourne aux orgueilleux leur salaire!

Sal 94:3

LORD, how long shall the wicked, how long shall the wicked triumph?

Mandra-pahoviana re ny ratsy fanahy, Jehovah ô, Mandra-pahoviana re no mbola hifalifaly ny ratsy fanahy?

Mandra-pahoviana no handresen' ny ratsy fanahy?

Jusques à quand les impies, Yahvé, jusques à quand les impies triomphant?

Sal 94:4

How long shall they utter and speak hard things? and all the workers of iniquity boast themselves?

Mirezadrezatra sy miteny sahisahy izy; Mirehareha ny mpanao ratsy rehetra.

Mandefa teny avonavona tsy erany izy, mirehareha avokoa ireo mpanao ratsy.

Ils déblatèrent, ils ont le verbe haut, ils se rengorgent, tous les malfaisants.

Sal 94:5

They break in pieces thy people, O Lord, and afflict thine heritage.

Ny olonao, Jehovah ô, torotoroiny, Ary ny lovanao ampahoriny;

Iaveh ô, izy ireo dia manorotoro ny vahoakanao, mampahory ny lovanao,

Et ton peuple, Yahvé, qu' ils écrasent, et ton héritage qu' ils oppriment,

Sal 94:6

They slay the widow and the stranger, and murder the fatherless.

Ny mpitondratena sy ny vahiny vonoiny, Ary ny kamboty dia matiny

mamono ny mpitondratena sy ny vahiny, mahafaty ny kamboty,

la veuve et l'étranger, ils les égorgent, et l' orphelin, ils l' assassinent!

Sal 94:7

Yet they say, The Lord shall not see, neither shall the God of Jacob regard it.

Fa hoy izy: Tsy mijery Jehovah, Ary tsy mandinika Andriamanitr' i Jakoba.

ka manao hoe: Tsy mijery akory Iaveh, tsy asian' Andriamanitr' i Jakoba raharaha akory izany!

Et ils disent : "Yahvé ne voit pas, le Dieu de Jacob ne prend pas garde." 23.094.007

Sal 94:8

Understand, ye brutish among the people: and ye fools, when will ye be wise?

Mahalalà ianareo olona ketrina; Ary ianareo adala, rahoviana re no mba ho hendry ianareo?

Mba fantaro kely, ry zana-bahoaka adala! Rahoviana no mba hanana fahalalana hianareo, ry adala?

Prenez garde, stupides entre tous! insensés, quand aurez-vous l' intelligence?

Sal 94:9

He that planted the ear, shall he not hear? he that formed the eye, shall he not see?

Ny Mpanao ny sofina va tsy handre? Ny Mpamorona ny maso va tsy hahita?

Tsy handre va ilay namboly ny sofina? Tsy hahita va ilay namorona ny maso?

Lui qui planta l' oreille n' entendrait pas? S' il a façonné l' oeil, il ne verrait pas?

Sal 94:10

He that chastiseth the heathen, shall not he correct? he that teacheth man knowledge, shall not he know?

Ny Mpampianatra ny jentilisa va tsy hananatra, Dia Izay mampianatra fahalalana ny olona?

Tsy hamay va ilay manasazy ny firenena? Tsy hahalala va, ilay manome saina ny olona?

Lui qui reprend les peuples ne punirait pas? Lui qui enseigne à l' homme le savoir,

Sal 94:11

The Lord knoweth the thoughts of man, that they are vanity.

Jehovah no mahalala ny hevitry ny olona, Fa zava-poana izany.

Mahalala ny hevitry ny olombelona Iaveh, ary fantany fa zava-poana izany.

Yahvé sait les pensées de l' homme et qu' elles sont du vent.

Sal 94:12

Blessed is the man whom thou chastenest, O Lord, and teachest him out of thy law;

Sambatra izay olona anarinao, Jehovah ô, Sady ampianarinao avy amin' ny lalanao,

Sambatra ny olona ampianarinao, ry Iaveh, sady omenao fampianarana ny lalànao,

Heureux l' homme que tu reprends, Yahvé, et que tu enseignes par ta loi,

Sal 94:13

That thou mayest give him rest from the days of adversity, until the pit be digged for the wicked.

Mba homenao fitsaharana amin' ny andro fahoriana izy, Mandra-pihady lavaka ho an' ny ratsy fanahy.

mba hanonenao azy amin' ny andron' ny fahoriana, mandra-pahavoahady ny lavaka ho an' ny ratsy fanahy.

pour lui donner le repos aux mauvais jours, tant que se creuse une fosse pour l' impie.

Sal 94:14

For the Lord will not cast off his people, neither will he forsake his inheritance.

Fa Jehovah tsy mba hanary ny olony, Ary ny lovany tsy hafoiny.

Fa tsy hanary ny vahoakany Iaveh, tsy hahafoy ny lovany izy;

Car Yahvé ne délaisse point son peuple, son héritage, point ne l' abandonne;

Sal 94:15

But judgment shall return unto righteousness: and all the upright in heart shall follow it.

Fa ny fitsarana hiverina ho amin' ny fahamarinana, Ary hanaraka izany ny mahitsy fo rehetra

fa tsy maintsy hifanaraka amin' ny rariny indray ny fitsarana, ary hihoby amin' izany avokoa ny olona mahitsy fo.

le jugement revient vers la justice, tous les coeurs droits lui font cortège.

Sal 94:16

Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? or who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity?

Iza no hitsangana ho ahy hisakana ny mpanao ratsy? Iza no hiseho ho ahy hisakana ny mpanao meloka?

Iza no hitsangana ho ahy, hanohitra ny ratsy fanahy? Iza no hanohana ahy, hanohitra ireo manao ratsy?

Qui se lève pour moi contre les méchants, qui siège pour moi contre les malfaisants?

Sal 94:17

Unless the Lord had been my help, my soul had almost dwelt in silence.

Raha tsy Jehovah no Mpamonjy ahy, Dia efa saiky nalaky nitoetra tao amin' ny mangingina ny fanahiko.

Raha tsy Iaveh no vonjiko, dia halaky mitoetra any amin' ny fonenan' ny fahanginginana ny fanahiko.

Si Yahvé ne me venait en aide, bientôt mon âme habiterait le silence.

Sal 94:18

When I said, My foot slippeth; thy mercy, O Lord, held me up.

Fony aho nanao hoe: Mangozohozo ny tongotro, Dia ny famindram-ponao, Jehovah ô, no nanohana ahy.

Raha vao milaza aho hoe: Mangozohozo ny tongotro, dia tohanan' ny hatsaram-ponao, ry Iaveh!

Quand je dis : "Mon pied chancelle", ton amour, Yahvé, me soutient;

Sal 94:19

In the multitude of my thoughts within me thy comforts delight my soul.

Raha be ny ahiahy ato anatiko Dia mampifaly ny fanahiko ny fampiononanao.

Raha akorontan' ny ahiahy marobe ny saiko: Ampifalian' ny fampiononanao kosa ny fanahiko.

dans l' excès des soucis qui m' envahissent, tes consolations délectent mon âme.

Sal 94:20

Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with thee, which frameth mischief by a law?

Hikambana aminao va ny seza fiandrianan' ny ratsy, Izay misaina fampahoriana manohitra ny lalàna?

Manam-pikambanana aminao akory va, ny fitsarana mandoza, izay manao ratsy, manaraka ny fomba fitsarana tsy ara-dalana?

Es-tu l' allié d' un tribunal de perdition, érigeant en loi le désordre?

Sal 94:21

They gather themselves together against the soul of the righteous, and condemn the innocent blood.

Manao andiany hamely ny fanahin' ny marina ireo Ka manameloka ny rà marina.

Midodododo hamono aina ny marina izy ireo; ary manameloka ny ra tsy manan-tsiny.

On s' attaque à la vie du juste, et le sang innocent, on le condamne.

Sal 94:22

But the Lord is my defence; and my God is the rock of my refuge.

Fa tonga fiarovana avo ho ahy Jehovah; Ary vatolampy fialofako Andriamanitro.

Iaveh anefa no trano mimandako, ny Andriamanitro no vatolampy ialofako.

Mais Yahvé est pour moi une citadelle, et mon Dieu, le rocher de mon refuge;

Sal 94:23

And he shall bring upon them their own iniquity, and shall cut them off in their own wickedness; yea, the Lord our God shall cut them off.

Dia ampanodiaviny azy ireo ny helony ka aringany noho ny faharatsiany izy; Eny, aringan' i Jehovah Andriamanitsika izy.

Hataony mifotitra amin' ireny ny helony; ary ny haratsiany ihany, no handringanany azy ireny: haringan' ny Tompo Andriamanitra izy!

il retourne contre eux leur méfait et pour leur malice il les fait taire, il les fait taire, Yahvé notre Dieu!
