Sal 97:1

The Lord reigneth; let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of isles be glad thereof.

Jehovah no Mpanjaka, aoka ho faly ny tany; Aoka ho ravoravo ny nosy maro.

Mpanjaka Iaveh: aoka hifaly ny tany; Aoka hiravoravo ny nosy maro!

Yahvé règne! Exulte la terre, que jubilent les îles nombreuses!

Sal 97:2

Clouds and darkness are round about him: righteousness and judgment are the habitation of his throne.

Rahona sy aizim-pito no manodidina Azy Fahamarinana sy fitsarana no fanorenan' ny seza fiandrianany.

Rahona aman' aloka no manodidina azy, rariny sy hitsiny no iorenan' ny seza fiandrianany.

Ténèbre et Nuée l' entourent, Justice et Droit sont l' appui de son trône.

Sal 97:3

A fire goeth before him, and burneth up his enemies round about.

Misy afo mialoha Azy ka mandevona ny fahavalony manodidina.

Afo no mandroso eo alohany, sady mandevona ny fahavalony manodidina.

Un feu devant lui s' avance et dévore à l' entour ses rivaux;

Sal 97:4

His lightnings enlightened the world: the earth saw, and trembled.

Mahazava izao tontolo izao ny helany; Mahita izany ny tany ka mihorohoro.

Mahazava izao tontolo izao ny tselany, mahita izany ny tany ka mipararetra.

ses éclairs illuminent le monde, la terre voit et chavire.

Sal 97:5

The hills melted like wax at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.

Ny tendrombohitra miempo tahaka ny savoka eo anatrehan' i Jehovah, Dia eo anatrehan' ny Tompon' ny tany rehetra.

Les montagnes fondent comme la cire devant le Maître de toute la terre;

The heavens declare his righteousness, and all the people see his glory.

Ny lanitra maneho ny fahamarinany, Ary ny firenena rehetra mahita ny voninahiny.

Ny lanitra mitory ny fahamarinany, ary ny firenena rehetra mibanjina ny voninahiny.

les cieux proclament sa justice et tous les peuples voient sa gloire.

Sal 97:7

Confounded be all they that serve graven images, that boast themselves of idols: worship him, all ye gods.

Aoka ho menatra izay rehetra manompo sarin-javatra voasokitra sy miarahaba tena ny amin' ny andriamani-tsi-izy; Miankohofa eo anoloan' i Jehovah ianareo andriamanitra rehetra.

Hangaihay izay rehetra mivavaka amin' ny sarin-javatra, izay mirehareha amin' ny sampiny. Hiankohoka eo anatrehany ny andriamanitra rehetra.

Honte aux servants des idoles, eux qui se vantent de vanités; prosternez-vous devant lui, tous les dieux.

Sal 97:8

Zion heard, and was glad; and the daughters of Judah rejoiced because of thy judgments, O Lord.

Ziona mandre ka faly; Ary ravoravo ny zanakavavin' i Joda Noho ny fitsaranao, Jehovah ô.

Nandre Siona, ka nifaly; niravoravo ireo zanakavavin' i Jodà.

Sion entend et jubile, les filles de Juda exultent à cause de tes jugements, Yahvé.

Sal 97:9

For thou, Lord, art high above all the earth: thou art exalted far above all gods.

Fa Hianao, Jehovah ô, no avo indrindra ambonin' ny tany rehetra; Efa avo ambonin' ny andriamanitra rehetra Hianao.

satria hianao, ry Iaveh, no Avo Indrindra ambonin' ny tany rehetra; hianao dia tafasandratra indrindra ambonin' ny andriamanitra rehetra.

Car toi, tu es Yahvé, Très-Haut sur toute la terre, surpassant de beaucoup tous les dieux.

Sal 97:10

Ye that love the Lord, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked.

Hianareo izay tia an' i Jehovah, mankahalà ny ratsy; Miaro ny fanahin' ny olony masina Izy Ary mamonjy azy amin' ny tanan' ny ratsy fanahy.

Mankahala ny ratsy, hianareo izay tia an' ny Tompo; miaro ny fanahin' ny mpino azy izy, dia manafaka azy amin' ny tanan' ny ratsy fanahy.

Yahvé aime qui déteste le mal, il garde les âmes des siens et de la main des impies les délivre.

Sal 97:11

Light is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart.

Ny fahazavana no voafafy ho an' ny marina, Ary ny fifafiana ho an' ny mahitsy fo.

Afafy ho an' ny marina ny fahazavana, ary ho an' ny mahitsy fo ny fifaliana.

La lumière se lève pour le juste, et pour l' homme au coeur droit, la joie.

Sal 97:12

Rejoice in the Lord, ye righteous; and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.

Mifalia amin' i Jehovah, ry olo-marina, Ary miderà ny anarany masina.

Mifalia amin' ny Tompo ry olo-marina, ary manomeza voninahitra ny anarany masina.

Justes, jubilez en Yahvé, louez sa mémoire de sainteté.
