Sal 33:1

Rejoice in the Lord, O ye righteous: for praise is comely for the upright.

Mihobia ho an' i Jehovah ianareo, ry olo-marina; fa mendrika hataon' ny olo-mahitsy ny fiderana.

Mifalia ao amin' ny Tompo hianareo, ry olo-marina; fa ny midera no fanao mendrika ny olo-mahitsy.

Criez de joie, les justes, pour Yahvé, aux coeurs droits convient la louange.

Sal 33:2

Praise the Lord with harp: sing unto him with the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings.

Miderà an' i Jehovah amin' ny lokanga; mankalazà Azy amin' ny valiha tory folo.

Miderà an' ny Tompo amin' ny harpa, mihirà ho azy amin' ny valiha tory folo.

Rendez grâce à Yahvé sur la harpe, jouez-lui sur la lyre à dix cordes;

Sal 33:3

Sing unto him a new song; play skilfully with a loud noise.

Mihirà fihiram-baovao ho Azy; mitendre tsara amin' ny feo fifaliana.

Mihirà fihiram-baovao ho voninahiny; ampiaraho amim-pahaizana amin' ny zava-maneno ny feonareo.

chantez-lui un cantique nouveau, de tout votre art accompagnez l' acclamation!

Sal 33:4

For the word of the Lord is right; and all his works are done in truth.

Fa mahitsy ny tenin' i Jehovah, ary ny asany rehetra dia mahatoky avokoa.

Fa mahitsy ny tenin' ny Tompo, ary tanteraka tsy misy tomika ny asany rehetra.

Droite est la parole de Yahvé, et toute son oeuvre est vérité;

Sal 33:5

He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the goodness of the Lord.

Tia fahamarinana sy rariny Izy; henika ny famindram-pon' i Jehovah ny tany.

Tia ny rariny sy ny hitsiny izy; henika ny hatsaram-pon' ny Tompo ny tany.

il chérit la justice et le droit, de l' amour de Yahvé la terre est pleine.

Sal 33:6

By the word of the Lord were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth.

Ny tenin' i Jehovah no nanaovana ny lanitra; ary ny fofonain' ny vavany no nanaovana ny hamaroany rehetra.

Ny tenin' ny Tompo no nanaovana ny lanitra; ary ny fofon' ain' ny vavany no nanaovana ny tafiny rehetra.

Par la parole de Yahvé les cieux ont été faits, par le souffle de sa bouche, toute leur armée;

Sal 33:7

He gathereth the waters of the sea together as an heap: he layeth up the depth in storehouses.

Mampiavosa ny rano ao an-dranomasina ho toy ny antontan-javatra Izy; mitahiry ny rano lalina ao an-trano fitehirizana Izy.

Manangona ny ranon' ny ranomasina izy toy ny zavatra iray miavosa, ny ranon' ny hantsana ataony ao amin' ny fanangonana azy.

il rassemble l' eau des mers comme une digue, il met en réserve les abîmes.

Sal 33:8

Let all the earth fear the Lord: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.

Aoka hatahotra an' i Jehovah ny tany rehetra; aoka hangovitra eo anatrehany ny mponina rehetra amin' izao tontolo izao.

Aoka hatahotra an' ny Tompo ny tany rehetra! Aoka hangovitra eo anatrehany ny mponina rehetra amin' izao tontolo izao.

Qu' elle tremble devant Yahvé, toute la terre, qu' il soit craint de tous les habitants du monde!

Sal 33:9

For he spake, and it was done; he commanded, and it stood fast.

Fa Izy no niteny dia ary izany; Izy no nandidy, dia nitoetra mafy izany.

Fa niteny ihany izy, dia hary izao rehetra izao, nandidy izy dia nisy ny zavatra rehetra.

Il parle et cela est, il commande et cela existe.

Sal 33:10

The Lord bringeth the counsel of the heathen to nought: he maketh the devices of the people of none effect.

Jehovah mahafoana ny fisainan' ny firenen-tsamy hafa; Mahatsinontsinona ny hevitry ny olona Izy.

Manakorontana ny fisainan' ny firenena Iaveh, mahatsinontsinona ny hevitry ny vahoaka izy.

Yahvé déjoue le plan des nations, il empêche les pensées des peuples;

Sal 33:11

The counsel of the Lord standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.

Ny fisainan' i Jehovah maharitra mandrakizay, ny hevitry ny fony mahatratra ny taranaka fara mandimby.

Fa ny hevitry ny Tompo kosa maharitra mandrakizay; ny fisainan' ny fony mahatratra ny taranaka fara mandimby rehetra.

mais le plan de Yahvé subsiste à jamais, les pensées de son coeur, d'âge en âge.

Sal 33:12

Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.

Sambatra ny firenena izay manana an' i Jehovah ho Andriamaniny, dia ny olona nofidiny ho lovany.

Sambatra ny firenena manana an' ny Tompo ho Andriamaniny; sambatra ny vahoaka nofidiny ho lovany!

Heureux le peuple dont Yahvé est le Dieu, la nation qu' il s' est choisie en héritage!

Sal 33:13

The Lord looketh from heaven; he beholdeth all the sons of men.

Eny an-danitra no itsinjovan' i Jehovah, mijery ny zanak' olombelona rehetra Izy;

Mijery Iaveh eny an-danitra; mahita ny zanak' olombelona rehetra izy;

Du haut des cieux Yahvé regarde, il voit tous les fils d' Adam;

Sal 33:14

From the place of his habitation he looketh upon all the inhabitants of the earth.

Eo amin' ny fonenany no ijereny ny mponina rehetra ambonin' ny tany,

eny amin' ny fitoeran' ny fonenany dia tazaniny ny mponina rehetra amin' ny tany,

du lieu de sa demeure il observe tous les habitants de la terre;

Sal 33:15

He fashioneth their hearts alike; he considereth all their works.

Dia Izy Mpamorona ny fon' izy rehetra sy Mpamantatra ny asany rehetra.

dia izy mpamorona ny fon' izy rehetra, izy mpamantatra ny asan' izy rehetra.

lui seul forme le coeur, il discerne tous leurs actes.

Sal 33:16

There is no king saved by the multitude of an host: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength.

Tsy misy mpanjaka voavonjin' ny hamaroan' ny miaramilany; ny olo-mahery tsy voavonjin' ny haben' ny heriny.

Tsy ny hamaroan' ny miaramilany no ahazoan' ny mpanjaka fandresena; tsy ny heriny lehibe no ahombiazan' ny mpiady;

Le roi n' est pas sauvé par une grande force, le brave préservé par sa grande vigueur.

Sal 33:17

An horse is a vain thing for safety: neither shall he deliver any by his great strength.

Ny soavaly tsy azo itokiana ho famonjena, ary tsy mahavonjy ny haben' ny heriny.

ny soavaly tsy vanon-kampahazo famonjena; ary ny havitrihany rehetra tsy ahazoana antoka amin' ny fahafahana.

Mensonge qu' un cheval pour sauver, avec sa grande force, pas d' issue.

Sal 33:18

Behold, the eye of the Lord is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy;

Indro, ny mason' i Jehovah mitsinjo izay matahotra Azy, dia izay manantena ny famindram-pony,

Ny mason' ny Tompo mitsinjo izay matahotra azy, dia ireo manantena ny hatsaram-pony,

Voici, l' oeil de Yahvé est sur ceux qui le craignent, sur ceux qui espèrent son amour,

Sal 33:19

To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.

mba hanafaka ny fanahiny amin' ny fahafatesana, sy hamelona azy, raha misy mosary.

mba hanafaka ny fanahiny amin' ny fahafatesana, sy hamelona azy amin' ny andro mosarena.

pour préserver leur âme de la mort et les faire vivre au temps de la famine.

Sal 33:20

Our soul waiteth for the Lord: he is our help and our shield.

Ny fanahintsika miandry an' i Jehovah; famonjena antsika sy ampingantsika Izy.

Miandry an' ny Tompo amim-pitokiana ny fanahintsika; famonjena antsika sy ampingantsika izy;

Notre âme attend Yahvé, notre secours et bouclier, c' est lui;

Sal 33:21

For our heart shall rejoice in him, because we have trusted in his holy name.

Fa Izy no ifalian' ny fontsika, satria ny anarany masina no itokiantsika.

fa izy no ataon' ny fontsika foto-pifaliana, fa ny anarany masina no ataontsika fototry ny fitokiantsika.

en lui, la joie de notre coeur, en son nom de sainteté notre foi.

Sal 33:22

Let thy mercy, O Lord, be upon us, according as we hope in thee.

Jehovah ô, aoka ny famindram-ponao hitoetra aminay araka ny anantenanay Anao.

Iaveh ô, ho aminay anie ny fahasoavanao, araka ny anantenanay anao!

Sur nous soit ton amour, Yahvé, comme notre espoir est en toi.
