When a man hath taken a wife, and married her, and it come to pass that she find no favour in his eyes, because he hath found some uncleanness in her: then let him write her a bill of divorcement, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house.

Raha misy lehilahy naka vady sy efa nampakatra azy, ka avy izay tsy hahitan-dravehivavy fitia eo imasony indray, fa misy zava-mahadikidiky hitany aminy, dia aoka hanoratra taratasy fisaoram-bady ho an-dravehivavy izy, ka rahefa voatolony eo an-tànany izany, dia halefany hiala ao an-tranony izy.

Soit un homme qui a pris une femme et consommé son mariage ; mais cette femme n' a pas trouvé grâce à ses yeux, et il a découvert une tare à lui imputer ; il a donc rédigé pour elle un acte de répudiation et le lui a remis, puis il l' a renvoyée de chez lui ;

And when she is departed out of his house, she may go and be another man' s wife.

Ary rahefa niala tao aminy izy, dia handeha ka afaka hanambady olon-kafa.

elle a quitté sa maison, s' en est allée et a appartenu à un autre homme.

And if the latter husband hate her, and write her a bill of divorcement, and giveth it in her hand, and sendeth her out of his house; or if the latter husband die, which took her to be his wife;

Raha tsy tia azy koa ity vadiny faharoa, ka nanoratra taratasy fisaoram-bady ho azy, sy efa nanolotra izany eo an-tànany, sady efa nampiala azy tao an-tranony, na sendra maty izany lehilahy nanambady azy fanindroany izany,

Si alors cet autre homme la prend en aversion, rédige pour elle un acte de répudiation, le lui remet et la renvoie de chez lui ou si vient à mourir cet autre homme qui l' a prise pour femme ,

Deo / Dt 24:4

Her former husband, which sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife, after that she is defiled; for that is abomination before the Lord: and thou shalt not cause the land to sin, which the Lord thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.

dia tsy mahazo manambady azy intsony ilay vadiny voalohany efa nisaotra azy, rahefa voaloto izy, satria fahavetavetana eo imason' ny Tompo izany, ka aza mampiditra fahotana amin' ny tany omen' ny Tompo Andriamanitrao ho lovanao.

son premier mari qui l' a répudiée ne pourra la reprendre pour femme, après qu' elle s' est ainsi rendue impure. Car il y a là une abomination aux yeux de Yahvé, et tu ne dois pas faire pécher le pays que Yahvé ton Dieu te donne en héritage.

Deo / Dt 24:5

When a man hath taken a new wife, he shall not go out to war, neither shall he be charged with any business: but he shall be free at home one year, and shall cheer up his wife which he hath taken.

Raha misy lehilahy vao nampaka-bady, dia tsy handeha hiantafika izy, ary tsy hampanaovina fanompoana akory, fa havela hitoetra ao an-tranony herintaona ka hampifaly ny vadiny izay vao nampakariny.

Ny lehilahy vao nampaka-bady dia tsy handeha hiantafika ary tsy hampanaovina raharaha momba ny fitondram-bahoaka, fa ho afaka hikarakara ny tokantranony herintaona izy ary hampifaly ny vady vao nampakariny.

Si un homme vient de prendre femme, il n' ira pas à l' armée et on ne viendra pas chez lui l' importuner, il restera un an chez lui, quitte de toute affaire, pour la joie de la femme qu' il a prise.

Deo / Dt 24:6

No man shall take the nether or the upper millstone to pledge: for he taketh a man' s life to pledge.

Aza misy olona maka ny fikosoham-bary ho tsatòka, na ny vatony ambony aza; fa maka aina ho tsatòka izany.

Aza misy maka ny vato roa fikosoham-bary ho antoka, na ny vatony ambony, fa maka ny aina ho antoka izany.

On ne prendra pas en gage le moulin ni la meule : ce serait prendre la vie même en gage.

Deo / Dt 24:7

If a man be found stealing any of his brethren of the children of Israel, and maketh merchandise of him, or selleth him; then that thief shall die; and thou shalt put evil away from among you.

Raha misy olona hita mangalatra ny anankiray amin' ny Zanak' Isiraely rahalahiny ka manandevo azy, dia hatao maty izany mpangalatra izany; hofongoranao tsy ho eo aminao ny fanao ratsy.

Raha misy olona azo nangalatra ny anankiray amin' ny rahalahiny ao amin' ny zanak' Israely ka nanandevo azy, na nivarotra azy, dia hohelohin-ko faty izany mpangalatra izany. Izany no hamongoranao ny ratsy eo afovoanao.

Si on trouve un homme qui enlève l' un de ses frères, parmi les Israélites, - qu' il l' exploite lui-même ou qu' il le vende, - ce voleur mourra. Tu feras disparaître le mal du milieu de toi.

Deo / Dt 24:8

Take heed in the plague of leprosy, that thou observe diligently, and do according to all that the priests the Levites shall teach you: as I commanded them, so ye shall observe to do.

Mitandrema ny amin' ny habokana, ka araho tsara izay rehetra hatoron' ireo Levita mpisorona anareo; araka izay nandidiako azy no hotandremanareo harahina.

Tandremo amin' ny fery habokàna, ka toavy tsara sy araho izay rehetra hatoron' ny mpisorona Levitika anareo, araho tsara avokoa izay rehetra nandidiako azy.

En cas de lèpre, prends garde d' observer soigneusement et de suivre intégralement tout ce que vous enseigneront les prêtres lévites. Vous observerez et mettrez en pratique ce que je leur aurai ordonné.

Remember what the Lord thy God did unto Miriam by the way, after that ye were come forth out of Egypt.

Tsarovy izay nataon' i Jehovah Andriamanitrao tamin' i Miriama teny an-dalana tamin' ny nandehananareo avy tany Egypta.

Tsarovy ny nataon' ny Tompo Andriamanitrao tamin' i Maria teny an-dàlana, tamin' ny nivoahanareo tany Ejipta.

Rappelle-toi ce que Yahvé ton Dieu a fait à Miryam, quand vous étiez en chemin au sortir d'Égypte.

Deo / Dt 24:10

When thou dost lend thy brother any thing, thou shalt not go into his house to fetch his pledge.

Raha mampisambo-javatra ny namanao ianao, dia aza miditra ao an-tranony handray ny antoka aminy.

Raha mampisambo-javatra ny namanao hianao, na inona na inona izany, dia aza miditra ao an-tranony handray ny antoka aminy,

Si tu prêtes sur gages à ton prochain, tu n' entreras pas dans sa maison pour saisir le gage, quel qu' il soit.

Thou shalt stand abroad, and the man to whom thou dost lend shall bring out the pledge abroad unto thee.

Mijanòna eo ala-trano, ary ny lehilahy izay nampisamborinao no hamoaka ny antoka ho aminao eo ala-trano.

fa andraso eo alatrano ary ilay nampisamborinao dia hitondra ny antoka eo aminao eo alatrano.

Tu te tiendras dehors et l' homme auquel tu prêtes t' apportera le gage dehors.

And if the man be poor, thou shalt not sleep with his pledge:

Ary raha malahelo ralehilahy, dia aza tananao miloaka alina ny antoka,

Raha mahantra izany lehilahy izany, dia aza mandry mitana ny antoka avy aminy hianao,

Et si c' est un homme d' humble condition, tu n' iras pas te coucher en gardant son gage ;

In any case thou shalt deliver him the pledge again when the sun goeth down, that he may sleep in his own raiment, and bless thee: and it shall be righteousness unto thee before the Lord thy God.

fa tsy maintsy haverinao aminy mihitsy, rehefa tokony ho maty masoandro, mba hirakofany ny lambany, ka hisaorany anao; dia ho fahamarinana ho anao eo anatrehan' i Jehovah Andriamanitrao izany.

fa raha maty masoandro avereno mihitsy any aminy ny antoka mba handriany amin' ny lambany, ka hitso-drano anao izy, dia ho fahamarinana ho anao eo anatrehan' ny Tompo Andriamanitrao izany.

tu le lui rendras au coucher du soleil, il se couchera dans son manteau, il te bénira et ce sera une bonne action aux yeux de Yahvé ton Dieu.

Thou shalt not oppress an hired servant that is poor and needy, whether he be of thy brethren, or of thy strangers that are in thy land within thy gates:

Aza manao fitondrana sarotra amin' ny mpikarama izay mahantra sy malahelo, na rahalahinao, na vahiny ao amin' ny taninao sy ao an-tanànanao.

Aza mampahory ny mpikarama mahantra sy tsy manana, na ny anankiray amin' ny rahalahinao izany, na ny anankiray amin' ny vahiny mitoetra amin' ny taninao, ao anatin' ny vavahadinao.

Tu n' exploiteras pas le salarié humble et pauvre, qu' il soit d' entre tes frères ou étranger en résidence chez toi.

At his day thou shalt give him his hire, neither shall the sun go down upon it; for he is poor, and setteth his heart upon it: lest he cry against thee unto the Lord, and it be sin unto thee.

Fa andro anaovany ihany no hanomezanao azy ny karamany, raha mbola tsy milentika ny masoandro, fa malahelo izy, ka izany no irin' ny fony; fandrao hitaraina amin' i Jehovah noho ny nataonao izy, dia ho fahotana aminao izany.

Omeo androtriny ihany ny karamany, ary aza avela ho tratry ny masoandro milentika izany trosa izany, fa mahantra izy, ka andrasan' ny fanahiny izany; raha tsy izany dia hotaraininy amin' ny Tompo hianao, ary hahazo fahotana.

Chaque jour tu lui donneras son salaire, sans laisser le soleil se coucher sur cette dette ; car il est pauvre et il attend impatiemment ce salaire. Ainsi n' en appellera-t-il pas à Yahvé contre toi. Autrement tu serais en faute.

Deo / Dt 24:16

The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin.

Ny ray tsy hatao maty amin' ny ataon' ny zanany, ary ny zanaka tsy hatao maty amin' ny ataon' ny rainy; fa samy hatao maty amin' ny fahotany avy ihany ny olona.

Ny ray tsy hovonoina ho solon-janany, ny zanaka tsy hovonoina ho solon-drainy; fa isam-batan' olona dia samy ho fatin' ny fahotana nataony avy.

Les pères ne seront pas mis à mort pour les fils, ni les fils pour les pères. Chacun sera mis à mort pour son propre crime.

Thou shalt not pervert the judgment of the stranger, nor of the fatherless; nor take a widow' s raiment to pledge:

Aza manao fitsarana miangatra amin' ny vahiny sy ny kamboty; ary aza maka ny fitafian' ny mpitondratena ho tsatòka.

Aza manao ny tsy an-drariny amin' ny vahiny sy ny kamboty; ary aza maka ny fitafian' ny mpitondratena ho antoka.

Tu ne porteras pas atteinte au droit de l'étranger et de l' orphelin, et tu ne prendras pas en gage le vêtement de la veuve.

But thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in Egypt, and the Lord thy God redeemed thee thence: therefore I command thee to do this thing.

Fa tsarovy fa andevo tany Egypta ianao, ary Jehovah Andriamanitrao efa nanavotra anao ho afaka tany; koa izany no andidiako anao hanao izany zavatra izany.

Tsarovy fa efa mba andevo tany Ejipta koa hianao, saingy navotan' ny Tompo Andriamanitrao, ka izany no andidiako anao hanao toy izany.

Souviens-toi que tu as été en servitude au pays d'Égypte et que Yahvé ton Dieu t' en a racheté ; aussi je t' ordonne de mettre cette parole en pratique.

When thou cuttest down thine harvest in thy field, and hast forgot a sheaf in the field, thou shalt not go again to fetch it: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow: that the Lord thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hands.

Raha mijinja ny varinao any an-tsaha ianao, ka misy amboara hadinonao any, dia aza miverina haka azy; fa aoka ho an' ny vahiny sy ny kamboty ary ny mpitondratena izany; mba hotahin' i Jehovah Andriamanitrao ianao amin' ny asa rehetra ataon' ny tananao.

Raha mijinja ny varinao any an-tsaha hianao, ka misy amboara hadinonao any an-tsaha, aza miverina haka izany intsony, fa aoka ho an' ny vahiny sy ny kamboty ary ny mpitondratena izany, mba hanambinan' ny Tompo Andriamanitrao anao amin' ny asan-tànanao rehetra.

Lorsque tu feras la moisson dans ton champ, si tu oublies une gerbe au champ, ne reviens pas la chercher. Elle sera pour l'étranger, l' orphelin et la veuve, afin que Yahvé ton Dieu te bénisse dans toutes tes oeuvres.

When thou beatest thine olive tree, thou shalt not go over the boughs again: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow.

Raha manintsana ny hazo olivanao ianao, dia aza miverina hitsimpona izay sisa; fa aoka ho an' ny vahiny sy ny kamboty ary ny mpitondratena izany.

Raha manintsana ny fototr' olivanao hianao, dia aza savana indray ato aoriana, fa aoka ho an' ny vahiny sy ny kamboty ary ny mpitondratena, ny sisa mijanona.

Lorsque tu gauleras ton olivier, tu n' iras rien y rechercher ensuite. Ce qui restera sera pour l'étranger, l' orphelin et la veuve.

When thou gatherest the grapes of thy vineyard, thou shalt not glean it afterward: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow.

Raha mioty ny voalobokao ianao, dia aza miverina hitsimpona izay sisa; fa aoka ho an' ny vahiny sy ny kamboty ary ny mpitondratena izany.

Raha mioty ny voalobokao hianao, dia aza tsimponina indray aty aoriana ny salohiny sisa, fa aoka ho an' ny vahiny sy ny kamboty ary ny mpitondratena izany.

Lorsque tu vendangeras ta vigne, tu n' iras rien y grappiller ensuite. Ce qui restera sera pour l'étranger, l' orphelin et la veuve.
