For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect.

Ny Lalàna moa dia tsy misy afa-tsy aloky ny soa ho avy, fa tsy ny tena endri-javatra, ka ireny sorona tsy niova sy fanatitra isan-taona ireny dia tsy nahalavorariany izay olona nanatona velively akory.

N' ayant, en effet, que l' ombre des biens à venir, non la substance même des réalités, la Loi est absolument impuissante, avec ces sacrifices, toujours les mêmes, que l' on offre perpétuellement d' année en année, à rendre parfaits ceux qui s' approchent de Dieu.

Heb 10:2

For then would they not have ceased to be offered? because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience of sins.

Autrement, n' aurait-on pas cessé de les offrir puisque les officiants de ce culte, purifiés une fois pour toutes, n' auraient plus conscience d' aucun péché ?

Heb 10:3

But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance again made of sins every year.

Fa amin' ireo dia misy fahatsiarovana ny ota isan-taona.

Nefa isan-taona dia nahatsiaro ny fahotany ihany ny olona tamin' ireny sorona ireny,

Bien au contraire, par ces sacrifices eux-mêmes, on rappelle chaque année le souvenir des péchés.

Heb 10:4

For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.

Fa tsy mahaisotra ny ota ny ran' ombilahy sy ny ran' osilahy.

En effet, du sang de taureaux et de boucs est impuissant à enlever des péchés.

Heb 10:5

Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me:

C' est pourquoi, en entrant dans le monde, le Christ dit : Tu n' as voulu ni sacrifice ni oblation ; mais tu m' as façonné un corps.

Heb 10:6

In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure.

Ny fanatitra odorana sy ny fanatitra noho ny ota tsy sitrakao;

tsy sitrakao ny sorona dorana sy ny sorona noho ny ota,

Tu n' as agréé ni holocaustes ni sacrifices pour les péchés.

Heb 10:7

Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.

Dia hoy Izaho: Inty Aho tonga - Ao amin' ny horonam-boky no nanoratana Ahy -Hanao ny sitraponao, Andriamanitra ô". (Sal. 40.6-8).

Alors j' ai dit : Voici, je viens, car c' est de moi qu' il est question dans le rouleau du livre, pour faire, ô Dieu, ta volonté.

Heb 10:8

Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law;

Il commence par dire : Sacrifices, oblations, holocaustes, sacrifices pour les péchés, tu ne les as pas voulus ni agréés - et cependant ils sont offerts d' après la Loi -,

Heb 10:9

Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.

alors il déclare : Voici, je viens pour faire ta volonté. Il abroge le premier régime pour fonder le second.

Heb 10:10

By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

Amin' izany sitrapo izany no nanamasinana antsika tamin' ny nanaterana ny tenan' i Jesosy Kristy indray mandeha.

ary ny herin' izany sitra-po izany no nanamasinana antsika, tamin' ny nanoloran' i Jeso-Kristy ny vatany indray mandeha monja.

Et c' est en vertu de cette volonté que nous sommes sanctifiés par l' oblation du corps de Jésus Christ, une fois pour toutes.

Heb 10:11

And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:

Ary ny mpisorona rehetra dia mitsangana isan' andro manao fanompoam-pivavahana sy manatitra ireny fanatitra ireny ihany matetika izay tsy mahaisotra ny ota;

Tandis que tout prêtre se tient debout chaque jour, officiant et offrant maintes fois les mêmes sacrifices, qui sont absolument impuissants à enlever des péchés,

Heb 10:12

But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;

Heb 10:13

From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool.

attendant désormais que ses ennemis soient placés comme un escabeau sous ses pieds.

Heb 10:14

For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.

Fa ny fanatitra iray ihany no efa nahatanterahany ho mandrakizay izay olona hamasinina.

Car par une oblation unique il a rendu parfaits pour toujours ceux qu' il sanctifie.

Heb 10:15

Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before,

Heb 10:16

This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;

"Izao no fanekena hataoko aminy, Rehefa afaka izany andro izany, hoy Jehovah: Hataoko ao am-pony ny lalàko, Sady hosoratako ao an-tsainy,"

Telle est l' alliance que je contracterai avec eux après ces jours-là, le Seigneur dit : Je mettrai mes lois dans leur coeur et je les graverai dans leur pensée.

Heb 10:17

And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.

dia hoy koa Izy: "Ny fahotany sy ny helony tsy hotsarovako intsony" (Jer. 31.33, 34).

ka havelako ny hadisoany, ary tsy hotsaroako ny fahotany;

Ni de leur péchés, ni de leurs offenses, je ne me souviendrai plus.

Heb 10:18

Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.

Or là où les péchés sont remis, il n' y a plus d' oblation pour le péché.

Heb 10:19

Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,

Ayant donc, frères, l' assurance voulue pour l' accès au sanctuaire par le sang de Jésus,

Heb 10:20

By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;

Heb 10:21

And having an high priest over the house of God;

et un prêtre souverain à la tête de la maison de Dieu,

Heb 10:22

Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.

dia aoka isika hanatona amin' ny fo marina sy amin' ny fahatokiana be avy amin' ny finoana, manana fo voadio ho afaka amin' ny fieritreretana ratsy sy tena voasasa tamin' ny rano madio;

dia aoka isika hanatona amin' ny fo mahitsy sy amim-pinoana feno, ary amin' ny fo voafafy ho afaka amin' ny fieritreretana mipentina ota, sy amin' ny vatana voasasa tamin' ny rano madio.

approchons-nous avec un coeur sincère, dans la plénitude de la foi, les coeurs nettoyés de toutes les souillures d' une conscience mauvaise et le corps lavé d' une eau pure.

Heb 10:23

Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)

aoka hohazonintsika mafy ny fanekena ny fanantenana mba tsy hihozongozonany (fa mahatoky Ilay efa nanao ny teny fikasana);

Aoka isika hitoetra tsy azo hozongozonina amin' ny fanarahana ny fanantenantsika, fa mahatoky ilay nanao ny fampanantenana.

Gardons indéfectible la confession de l' espérance, car celui qui a promis est fidèle,

Heb 10:24

And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:

ary aoka isika hifampandinika hampandroso ny fitiavana sy ny asa tsara;

Ary aoka hifandinika isika mba hampandroso ny fitiavana sy ny asa soa.

et faisons attention les uns aux autres pour nous stimuler dans la charité et les oeuvres bonnes ;

Heb 10:25

Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

aza mahafoy ny fiarahantsika miangona, tahaka ny fanaon' ny sasany, fa mifananara kosa, mainka satria hitanareo fa mihantomotra ny andro.

Aza manary ny fiangonantsika, toy ny fanaon' ny sasany; fa mifamporisiha tsara, indrindra izao hitanareo fa efa antomotra ny andro.

ne désertez pas votre propre assemblée, comme quelques-uns ont coutume de le faire, mais encouragez-vous mutuellement, et d' autant plus que vous voyez approcher le Jour.

Heb 10:26

For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

Fa raha minia manota isika rehefa nahazo ny fahalalana tsara ny marina, dia tsy misy fanatitra noho ny ota intsony,

Satria rahefa mahalala ny marina isika no minia manota indray, dia tsy misy sorona hafa noho ny ota intsony;

Car si nous péchons volontairement, après avoir reçu la connaissance de la vérité, il n' y a plus de sacrifice pour les péchés.

Heb 10:27

But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

fa fiandrasana mahatahotra amin' ny fitsarana ary fahatezerana mirehitra izay handany ny fahavalo rehetra kosa.

fa dia fiandrasana mahatsiravina ny fitsarana sy hatezeran' ny afo handevona ny mpikomy no sisa.

Il y a, au contraire, une perspective redoutable, celle du jugement et d' un courroux de feu qui doit dévorer les rebelles.

Heb 10:28

He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:

Izay manohitra ny lalàn' i Mosesy dia maty amin' ny tenin' ny vavolombelona roa na telo ka tsy asiana famindram-po;

Quelqu' un rejette-t-il la Loi de Moïse ? Impitoyablement il est mis à mort sur la déposition de deux ou trois témoins.

Heb 10:29

Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?

manao ahoana kosa ary no hamafin' ny fampijaliana ataonareo tokony hihatra amin' izay nanitsaka ny Zanak' Andriamanitra ka nanao ny ran' ny fanekena izay nanamasinana azy ho zavatra tsy masina sady naniratsira ny Fanahin' ny fahasoavana?

mba toy inona kosa àry no hamafin' ny fampijaliana heverinareo ho tandrifin' izay nanitsakitsaka ny Zanak' Andriamanitra, sy nanao ho zavatra tsy masina ny ran' ny fanekena nanamasinana azy, ary nanevateva ny Fanahin' ny fahasoavana?

D' un châtiment combien plus grave sera jugé digne, ne pensez-vous pas, celui qui aura foulé aux pieds le Fils de Dieu, tenu pour profane le sang de l' alliance dans lequel il a été sanctifié, et outragé l' Esprit de la grâce ?

Heb 10:30

For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.

Fa fantatsika Izay nanao hoe: "Ahy ny famaliana; Izaho no hamaly;" ary koa: "Jehovah hitsara ny olony" (Deo. 32.35, 36).

Fa fantatsika ilay nilaza hoe: Ahy ny famaliana, izaho no hamaly. Ary koa: Ny Tompo hitsara ny vahoakany.

Nous connaissons, en effet, celui qui a dit : A moi la vengeance. C' est moi qui rétribuerai. Et encore : Le Seigneur jugera son peuple.

Heb 10:31

It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

Zavatra mahatahotra ny ho azon' ny tànan' Andriamanitra velona.

Zavatra mahatsiravina re izany ho azon' ny tànan' Andriamanitra velona!

Oh ! chose effroyable que de tomber aux mains du Dieu vivant !

Heb 10:32

But call to remembrance the former days, in which, after ye were illuminated, ye endured a great fight of afflictions;

Fa tsarovy ny andro fahiny izay naharetanareo ny ady mafy tamin' ny fahoriana, rehefa nohazavaina ianareo;

Tsarovy ny andro fahiny, niaretanareo ady mafy tamim-pijaliana, nony efa nohazavaina hianareo;

Mais rappelez-vous ces premiers jours, où après avoir été illuminés, vous avez soutenu un grand assaut de souffrances,

Heb 10:33

Partly, whilst ye were made a gazingstock both by reproaches and afflictions; and partly, whilst ye became companions of them that were so used.

tantôt exposés publiquement aux opprobres et aux tribulations, tantôt vous rendant solidaires de ceux qui étaient ainsi traités.

Heb 10:34

For ye had compassion of me in my bonds, and took joyfully the spoiling of your goods, knowing in yourselves that ye have in heaven a better and an enduring substance.

Fa sady niara-niaritra tamin' izay nifatotra ianareo no nifaly raha norobaina ny fanananareo, satria fantatrareo fa ianareo dia manana fananana tsara lavitra sady maharitra.

Et, en effet, vous avez pris part aux souffrances des prisonniers ; vous avez accepté avec joie la spoliation de vos biens, sachant que vous étiez en possession d' une richesse meilleure et stable.

Heb 10:35

Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.

Koa aza manary ny fahasahianareo izay misy valiny lehibe.

Koa aza miala amin' ny fahasahianareo, fa misy valiny lehibe izany.

Ne perdez donc pas votre assurance ; elle a une grande et juste récompense.

Heb 10:36

For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.

Fa tokony hanana faharetana ianareo raha hahazoanareo izay lazain' ny teny fikasana, rehefa vitanareo ny sitrapon' Andriamanitra.

Ilainareo tokoa ny faharetana, mba hahazoanareo izay nampanantenaina anareo, rahefa nanao ny sitra-pon' Andriamanitra hianareo.

Vous avez besoin de constance, pour que, après avoir accompli la volonté de Dieu, vous bénéficiiez de la promesse.

Heb 10:37

For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry.

Fa "rehefa afaka kelikely, Dia ho tonga Ilay ho avy, fa tsy hitaredretra"

Raha afaka kelikely foana, dia ho tonga ilay ho avy, fa tsy hiatoato izy.

Car encore un peu, bien peu de temps, Celui qui vient arrivera et il ne tardera pas.

Heb 10:38

Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.

Ary "ny oloko marina dia ho velon' ny finoana;" Fa raha mihemotra izy, dia tsy sitraky ny fanahiko (Hab. 2.3, 4).

Ary ny oloko marina ho velona amin' ny finoana, fa izay mihataka kosa tsy mba ankasitrahan' ny foko.

Or mon juste vivra par la foi ; et s' il se dérobe, mon âme ne se complaira pas en lui.

Heb 10:39

But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

Fa isika tsy mba naman' izay mihemotra ho amin' ny fahaverezana, fa naman' izay mino ho amin' ny famonjena ny fanahy.

Raha isika, dia tsy mba anisan' izay mihataka ho very isika, fa naman' ireo mino mba hamonjy fanahy.

Pour nous, nous ne sommes pas des hommes de dérobade, pour la perdition, mais des hommes de foi pour la sauvegarde de notre âme.
