And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth:

Raha mihaino tsara ny feon' i Jehovah Andriamanitrao ianao ka mitandrina hanaraka ny didiny rehetra, izay andidiako anao anio, dia hasandratr' i Jehovah Andriamanitrao ho ambonin' ny firenena rehetra amin' ny tany ianao;

Raha manaiky tsara ny feon' ny Tompo Andriamanitrao hianao, ka manaraka sy mitandrina ny didiny rehetra andidiako anao anio, Iaveh Andriamanitrao hanandratra anao ho ambonin' ny firenena rehetra amin' ny tany.

Or donc, si tu obéis vraiment à la voix de Yahvé ton Dieu, en gardant et pratiquant tous ces commandements que je te prescris aujourd' hui, Yahvé ton Dieu t'élèvera au-dessus de toutes les nations de la terre.

And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God.

ary ho tonga aminao sy ho azonao izao fitahiana rehetra izao, raha mihaino ny feon' i Jehovah Andriamanitrao ianao

Izao fitahiana rehetra izao no ho tonga aminao sy ho azonao, raha manaiky ny feon' ny Tompo Andriamanitrao hianao.

Toutes les bénédictions que voici t' adviendront et t' atteindront ; car tu auras obéi à la voix de Yahvé ton Dieu.

Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou be in the field.

Hotahina ianao ao an-tanàna, ary hotahina ianao any an-tsaha.

Ao an-tanàna hianao hotahina; any an-tsaha hianao hotahina.

Béni seras-tu à la ville et béni seras-tu à la campagne.

Blessed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy ground, and the fruit of thy cattle, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep.

Hotahina ny ateraky ny kibonao sy ny vokatry ny taninao ary ny ateraky ny biby fiompinao, dia ny ateraky ny ombinao sy ny ateraky ny ondry aman' osinao.

Hotahina ny naloaky ny kibonao, ny vokatry ny taninao, ny ateraky ny biby fiompinao, dia ny teraky ny biby manompo lehibe sy ny madinika.

Bénis seront le fruit de tes entrailles, le produit de ton sol, le fruit de ton bétail, la portée de tes vaches et le croît de tes brebis.

Blessed shall be thy basket and thy store.

Hotahina ny haronao sy ny vilia fanaova-mofonao.

Hotahina ny sobika sy ny vata fitahiriza-mofonao.

Bénies seront ta hotte et ta huche.

Blessed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and blessed shalt thou be when thou goest out.

Hotahina ianao, raha miditra; ary hotahina ianao, raha mivoaka.

Miditra hianao hotahina, mivoaka hianao hotahina.

Bénies seront tes entrées et bénies seront tes sorties.

Deo / Dt 28:7

The Lord shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways.

Hatolotr' i Jehovah ho resy eo anoloanao ny fahavalonao, izay mitsangana hiady aminao, ka lalana iray no hivoahany hanatona anao, fa lalana fito kosa no handosirany hiala eo anoloanao.

Ny fahavalo mitsangan-kiady aminao hataon' ny Tompo vaky mandositra eo anoloanao; làlana iray no nandrosoany hiady aminao, fa làlana fito kosa no handosirany eo anoloanao.

Des ennemis qui se dresseraient contre toi, Yahvé fera tes vaincus : sortis par un chemin à ta rencontre, par sept chemins ils fuiront devant toi.

The Lord shall command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses, and in all that thou settest thine hand unto; and he shall bless thee in the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.

Handidy ny fitahiany ho aminao Jehovah amin' ny fitoeram-barinao sy izay rehetra ataon' ny tananao, ka hitahy anao Izy any amin' ny tany izay omen' i Jehovah Andriamanitrao anao.

Handidy ny fitahiany homba anao Iaveh, amin' ny sompitrao sy amin' ny asan-tànanao rehetra. Hotahiny hianao any amin' ny tany izay omen' ny Tompo Andriamanitrao anao.

Yahvé commandera à la bénédiction d'être avec toi, en tes greniers comme en tes travaux, et il te bénira dans le pays que te donne Yahvé ton Dieu.

Deo / Dt 28:9

The Lord shall establish thee an holy people unto himself, as he hath sworn unto thee, if thou shalt keep the commandments of the Lord thy God, and walk in his ways.

Hanandratra anao ho firenena masina ho Azy Jehovah, araka izay nianianany taminao, raha mitandrina ny didin' i Jehovah Andriamanitrao ianao ka mandeha amin' ny lalany.

Hampaharitra anao Iaveh ho vahoaka masina ho azy, araka ny efa nianianany taminao, raha mitandrina ny didin' ny Tompo Andriamanitrao hianao, ka mandeha amin' ny làlany;

Yahvé fera de toi le peuple qui lui est consacré, ainsi qu' il te l' a juré, si tu gardes les commandements de Yahvé ton Dieu et si tu marches dans ses voies.

And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of the Lord; and they shall be afraid of thee.

Dia ho hitan' ny firenena rehetra ambonin' ny tany fa ny anaran' i Jehovah no antsoina aminao, dia hatahotra anao izy.

dia ho hitan' ny firenena rehetra fa antsoina aminao ny anaran' ny Tompo ka hatahotra anao izy ireo.

Tous les peuples de la terre verront que tu portes le nom de Yahvé et ils te craindront.

Deo / Dt 28:11

And the Lord shall make thee plenteous in goods, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy ground, in the land which the Lord sware unto thy fathers to give thee.

Ary hataon' i Jehovah manana amby ampy izay hahasoa anao, dia ny ateraky ny kibonao sy ny ateraky ny biby fiompinao ary ny vokatry ny taninao, any amin' ny tany izay nianianan' i Jehovah tamin' ny razanao homena anao.

Hofenoin' ny Tompo soa hianao, dia ny aloaky ny kibonao, ny teraky ny biby fiompinao, ary ny vokatry ny taninao, any amin' ny tany efa nianianan' ny Tompo tamin' ny razanao homena anao.

Yahvé te fera surabonder de biens : fruit de tes entrailles, fruit de ton bétail et fruit de ton sol, sur cette terre qu' il a juré à tes pères de te donner.

The Lord shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow.

Hovohan' i Jehovah ho anao ny lanitra, tranony fitehirizan-tsoa, handatsahany ranonorana amin' ny taninao amin' ny fotoany sy hitahiany ny asan' ny tananao rehetra. Ary hampisambotra ny firenena maro ianao, fa ianao kosa tsy hisambotra.

Hovohan' ny Tompo ho anao ny raki-tsoany, dia ny lanitra, handatsahany ny ranonorana amin' ny fotoany eo amin' ny taninao, sy hitahiany ny asan-tànanao rehetra. Firenena maro no hampisamboranao, fa hianao kosa tsy mba hisambotra.

Yahvé ouvrira pour toi les cieux, son trésor excellent, pour donner en son temps la pluie à ton pays, et pour bénir toutes tes oeuvres. Tu annexeras des nations nombreuses et toi, tu ne seras pas annexé.

And the Lord shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the Lord thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them:

Dia hataon' i Jehovah ho lohany ianao, fa tsy ho rambony; ary ho ambony tokoa ianao, fa tsy ho ambany, raha mihaino ny didin' i Jehovah Andriamanitrao, izay andidiako anao anio, ka mitandrina sy manaraka azy.

And thou shalt not go aside from any of the words which I command thee this day, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them.

Ary aza miala amin' ny teny rehetra izay andidiako anao anio, na ho amin' ny ankavanana, na ho amin' ny ankavia, hanaraka andriamani-kafa ka hanompo azy.

fa tsy mivily ho amin' ny ankavanana na ho amin' ny ankavian' ny didy rehetra andidiako anao anio mba hanaraka sy hanompo andriamani-kafa.

sans dévier à droite ni à gauche d' aucune de ces paroles que je vous prescris aujourd' hui, en allant suivre d' autres dieux et les servir.

But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee:

Fa raha tsy mihaino ny feon' i Jehovah Andriamanitrao kosa ianao ka tsy mitandrina hanaraka ny didiny rehetra sy ny lalàny, izay andidiako anao anio, dia ho tonga aminao sy hahatratra anao izao fanozonana rehetra izao :

Fa raha tsy manaiky ny feon' ny Tompo Andriamanitrao kosa hianao, mba hitandremanao sy hanarahanao ny didiny rehetra sy ny lalàna rehetra andidiako anao anio, dia izao no ozona rehetra ho tonga sy hihatra aminao:

Mais si tu n' obéis pas à la voix de Yahvé ton Dieu, ne gardant pas ses commandements et ses lois que je te prescris aujourd' hui, toutes les malédictions que voici t' adviendront et t' atteindront.

Cursed shalt thou be in the city, and cursed shalt thou be in the field.

Hozonina ianao ao an-tanàna, ary hozonina ianao any an-tsaha.

Ao an-tanàna hianao hozonina; any an-tsaha hianao hozonina.

Maudit seras-tu à la ville et maudit seras-tu à la campagne.

The Lord shall send upon thee cursing, vexation, and rebuke, in all that thou settest thine hand unto for to do, until thou be destroyed, and until thou perish quickly; because of the wickedness of thy doings, whereby thou hast forsaken me.

Hampandehanin' i Jehovah aminao ny ozona, dia horohoro sy fampitahorana amin' izay rehetra ataon' ny tananao, mandra-paharinganao sy mandra-pahalaninao faingana noho ny faharatsian' ny nataonao tamin' ny nahafoizanao Ahy.

Ozona, horohoro ary fampitahorana no hatsindrin' ny Tompo anao amin' izay raharaha hataonao rehetra mandra-paharingana sy levona faingana anao, noho ny haratsian' ny asa nataonao, izay nahafoizanao ahy.

Yahvé enverra contre toi la malédiction, le maléfice et l' imprécation dans tous tes travaux, de sorte que tu sois détruit et que tu périsses rapidement, pour la perversité de tes actions, pour m' avoir abandonné.

The Lord shall make the pestilence cleave unto thee, until he have consumed thee from off the land, whither thou goest to possess it.

Hampiraiketin' i Jehovah aminao ny areti-mandringana, mandra-pandaniny anao tsy ho eo amin' ny tany izay efa hidiranao holovana.

Hopetahan' ny Tompo areti-mandringana ny tenanao, mandra-pahalevona anao tsy eo amin' ny tany vao hidiranao hanananao azy.

Yahvé attachera à toi la peste, jusqu'à ce qu' elle t' ait consumé sur cette terre où tu vas entrer pour en prendre possession.

The Lord shall smite thee with a consumption, and with a fever, and with an inflammation, and with an extreme burning, and with the sword, and with blasting, and with mildew; and they shall pursue thee until thou perish.

Ary areti-mahasahozanina sy tazo mahamay sy fahamaizana sy hafanana mangotraka sy andro mihantona sy vary main' ny rivotra na maty fotsy no hamelezan' i Jehovah anao; dia hanenjika anao ireny mandra-pahalany ritranao.

Iaveh hikapoka anao amin' ny areti-mampitsipozipozy, tazo, fanaintainana, hafanana mahamay, andro mihantona, aretim-bary sy niela, ka hoenjehin' ireo hianao, mandra-pahalevona anao.

Yahvé te frappera de consomption, de fièvre, d' inflammation, de fièvre chaude, de sécheresse, de rouille et de nielle, qui te poursuivront jusqu'à ta perte.

And thy heaven that is over thy head shall be brass, and the earth that is under thee shall be iron.

Ary ho varahina ny lanitra eo ambonin' ny lohanao, ary ho vy ny tany eo ambaninao.

Ny lanitrao eo ambony lohanao ho varahina, ary ny tany eo ambany tongotrao ho vy.

Les cieux au-dessus de toi seront d' airain et la terre sous toi sera de fer.

The Lord shall make the rain of thy land powder and dust: from heaven shall it come down upon thee, until thou be destroyed.

Hataon' i Jehovah vovoka sy jofo ny ranonorana amin' ny taninao; avy any an-danitra no hidinan' izany aminao mandra-paharinganao.

Ny vovoka amam-pasika no ranonorana halatsak' Iaveh amin' ny taninao, ka hidina avy any an-danitra hankaminao, mandra-pahalany ritra anao.

La pluie de ton pays, Yahvé en fera de la poussière et du sable ; il en tombera du ciel sur toi jusqu'à ta destruction.

The Lord shall cause thee to be smitten before thine enemies: thou shalt go out one way against them, and flee seven ways before them: and shalt be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth.

Hatolotr' i Jehovah ho resy eo anoloan' ny fahavalonao ianao, ka lalana iray no hivoahanao hiady aminy, fa lalana fito kosa no handosiranao hiala eo anoloany; dia ho mpanjenjena any amin' ny fanjakana rehetra ambonin' ny tany ianao.

Hataon' ny Tompo resy eo anoloan' ny fahavalonao hianao, làlana iray no hivoahanao hiady aminy, fa làlana fito kosa no handosiranao eo anoloany, ary ho zavatra mahatsiravina ho an' ny fanjakana rehetra ambonin' ny tany hianao.

Yahvé fera de toi un vaincu en face de tes ennemis : sorti à leur rencontre par un chemin, par sept chemins tu fuiras devant eux, et tu deviendras un objet d'épouvante pour tous les royaumes de la terre.

And thy carcase shall be meat unto all fowls of the air, and unto the beasts of the earth, and no man shall fray them away.

Ary ny fatinao hohanin' ny voro-manidina rehetra sy ny bibi-dia, ka tsy hisy hanaitaitra azy.

Hohanin' ny voromanidina rehetra sy ny biby dia ny fatinao, ary tsy hisy hanaitra an' ireny.

Ton cadavre sera la pâture de tous les oiseaux du ciel et de toutes les bêtes de la terre, sans que personne leur fasse peur.

The Lord will smite thee with the botch of Egypt, and with the emerods, and with the scab, and with the itch, whereof thou canst not be healed.

Hamelin' i Jehovah anao ny vain' i Egypta sy ny tomboka sy ny hatina ary ny hazaka (izay tsy azom-panafody);

Iaveh hikapoka anao amin' ny dridran' i Ejipta, fivontosam-body, anakandro, ary hatina tsy laitram-panafody.

Yahvé te frappera d' ulcères d'Égypte, de bubons, de croûtes, de plaques rouges dont tu ne pourras guérir.

The Lord shall smite thee with madness, and blindness, and astonishment of heart:

ary hamelin' i Jehovah anao koa ny fahadalana sy ny fahajambana ary ny fahaverezan-kevitra.

Iaveh hikapoka anao amin' ny firediredena, fahajambana, ary fahaverezan-tsaina,

Yahvé te frappera de délire, d' aveuglement et d'égarement des sens,

Deo / Dt 28:29

And thou shalt grope at noonday, as the blind gropeth in darkness, and thou shalt not prosper in thy ways: and thou shalt be only oppressed and spoiled evermore, and no man shall save thee.

Dia hitsapatsapa ianao na dia amin' ny mitatao-vovonana aza tahaka ny fitsapatsapan' ny jamba ao amin' ny aizim-pito ka tsy ho tonga amin' izay halehanao; dia hampahorin' ny sasany sy hobaboiny mandrakariva ianao, fa tsy hisy hamonjy.

hitsapatsapa amin' ny mitatao-vovonana, toy ny jamba amin' ny aizim-pito hianao; tsy hahomby amin' ny làlana alehanao, hampahoriana isan' andro hianao, ary hobaboina, nefa tsy hisy hamonjy anao.

au point que tu iras à tâtons en plein midi comme l' aveugle va à tâtons dans les ténèbres, et tes démarches n' aboutiront pas. Tu ne seras jamais qu' exploité et spolié, sans personne pour te sauver.

Thou shalt betroth a wife, and another man shall lie with her: thou shalt build an house, and thou shalt not dwell therein: thou shalt plant a vineyard, and shalt not gather the grapes thereof.

Hifofo vady ianao, fa olon-kafa no handry aminy; hanao trano ianao, fa tsy hitoetra ao; hanao tanim-boaloboka ianao, fa tsy hihinana ny vokatra.

Hifamofo amim-behivavy hianao, fa olon-kafa no hahazo azy; hanao trano hianao fa tsy honina aminy; hamboly voaloboka hianao, fa tsy hahazo ny vokany.

Tu prendras une femme comme fiancée, mais un autre homme la possédera ; tu bâtiras une maison, mais tu ne pourras l' habiter ; tu planteras une vigne, mais tu n' en pourras cueillir les premiers fruits.

Thine ox shall be slain before thine eyes, and thou shalt not eat thereof: thine ass shall be violently taken away from before thy face, and shall not be restored to thee: thy sheep shall be given unto thine enemies, and thou shalt have none to rescue them.

Ny ombinao hovonoina eo imasonao, fa tsy hihinana ny henany ianao. Ny borikinao halaina an-keriny eo anatrehanao ka tsy haverina aminao. Ny ondry aman' osinao homena ho an' ny fahavalonao, nefa tsy hanan-kamonjy ianao.

Hovonoina eo imasonao ny ombinao, fa tsy hihinana amin' izany hianao, hotsoahana eo anatrehanao ny ampondranao, fa tsy haverina aminao izy, ary hatolotra ny fahavalonao ny ondrinao, fa tsy hisy hamonjy anao akory.

Ton b oeuf sera égorgé sous tes yeux, et tu n' en pourras manger ; ton âne te sera enlevé en ta présence, et il ne te reviendra pas ; tes brebis seront livrées à tes ennemis, et personne ne prendra ta défense.

Deo / Dt 28:32

Thy sons and thy daughters shall be given unto another people, and thine eyes shall look, and fail with longing for them all the day long; and there shall be no might in thine hand.

Ny zanakao-lahy sy ny zanakao-vavy homena ho an' ny firenena hafa, ary hijery ny masonao ka ho pahina manontolo andro noho ny alahelonao azy, nefa tsy hahefa na inona na inona ny tananao.

Hatolotra ny firenena hafa ny zanakao lahy aman-janakao vavy, ka ny masonao foana no hipitrapitra sy ho valalanina tontolo andro noho ny alahelo azy, fa ny tànanao tsy hahefa na inona na inona.

Tes fils et tes filles seront livrés à un autre peuple ; chaque jour tes yeux se consumeront à regarder vers eux, et tes mains n' y pourront rien.

The fruit of thy land, and all thy labours, shall a nation which thou knowest not eat up; and thou shalt be only oppressed and crushed alway:

Ny vokatry ny taninao sy izay rehetra efa nisasaranao dia hohanin' ny firenena izay tsy fantatrao; any hanaovan' ny sasany an-keriny sy hotorotoroiny mandrakariva ianao.

Ny vokatry ny taninao, ny vokatry ny asanao rehetra, hohanin' olon-kafa tsy fantatrao akory, ary hianao hampahoriana sy homongoin' ny sasany isan' andro.

Le fruit de ton sol et le fruit de ta peine, un peuple que tu ne connais pas les mangera. Tu ne seras jamais qu' exploité et écrasé.

So that thou shalt be mad for the sight of thine eyes which thou shalt see.

Dia ho very saina ianao noho ny zavatra izay ho hitan' ny masonao.

Hanjary adala hianao amin' ny fijerena ny zavatra ho hitan' ny masonao.

Ce que verront tes yeux te rendra fou.

Deo / Dt 28:35

The Lord shall smite thee in the knees, and in the legs, with a sore botch that cannot be healed, from the sole of thy foot unto the top of thy head.

Hamelin' i Jehovah anao ny vay ratsy, izay tsy azom-panafody, dia amin' ny lohalikao sy ny tongotrao, hatramin' ny faladianao ka hatramin' ny tampon-dohanao.

Hasian' ny Tompo fery ratsy tsy laitra-panafody ny lohalikao sy ny fenao, hasiany hatrany am-paladianao ka hatrany an-tampon-dohanao.

Yahvé te frappera de mauvais ulcères aux genoux et aux jambes et tu n' en pourras guérir, de la plante des pieds au sommet de la tête.

Deo / Dt 28:36

The Lord shall bring thee, and thy king which thou shalt set over thee, unto a nation which neither thou nor thy fathers have known; and there shalt thou serve other gods, wood and stone.

Ho entin' i Jehovah ho any amin' ny firenena izay tsy fantatrao na ny razanao ianao sy ny mpanjakanao, izay hatsanganao hanjaka aminao; any any no hanompoanao andriamani-kafa, dia vato aman-kazo.

Hampandehanin' ny Tompo hianao sy ny mpanjaka natsanganao ho lohanao, ho any amin' ny firenena tsy fantatrao sy tsy fantatry ny razanao, dia hanompo andriamani-kafa vato aman-kazo any hianao,

Toi et le roi que tu auras mis à ta tête, Yahvé vous mènera en une nation que tes pères ni toi n' avez connue, et tu y serviras d' autres dieux, de bois et de pierre.

And thou shalt become an astonishment, a proverb, and a byword, among all nations whither the Lord shall lead thee.
